Postage
We cannot be held responsible for any delays within the postage system. We can only post items to your matched billing address.
Overseas Postage
An email address and a phone number must be left for tracking, failure to do so will result in the courier company being unable to contact you.
Items will not be sent until appropriate details have been left.
Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply.
It’s up to the buyer to be aware of customs fees and taxes for their own country.
If a customer refuses to pay the customs charges, this will be their responsibility, and we cannot guarantee safe return of the item to the U.K. In this instance, with no safe return, there would be no refund - upon safe return, customs fees would be deducted from any due refund.
By law, we’re obligated to declare the exact amount paid for the item on our customs documents, if leaving the U.K. This amount will also need to be declared for insurance reasons.
Guarantee
All of our stones are checked by our jeweller.
Any antique items or older vintage items will have their claws checked, to make sure the stones are being held in securely, and where necessary they will be re-tipped.
From July 2022, items over £1,000 will be sold with a complementary valuation certificate. We recommend adding this to your insurance policy, where in the event of a stone coming out/having the item lost or stolen you should be able to claim for repair.
If you’re buying an item under £1,000 and wish to have a valuation drawn up by our jeweller, there is a fee of £45.
We outsource all sizing and repairs, so we are unable to repair ourselves. If you’ve bought an item from us, and would like us to assist with a repair, please get in touch for a quote - we are happy to offer this at cost.
Alternatively, most high street jewellers would be happy to help, and may have a slightly quicker turn around, due to postage times.
Listings
All listings are created using the valuation of jewellers - some details on the listing can be approximate. Due to setting, some colour/clarity or carat size can vary.
Dates - if an exact year is included in the hallmarks, this will be added to the listing title. If it’s not included, the item will be assessed by cut/setting and an approximate time frame will be assumed.
Sizing
Once items have been personally sized for you they will become non-returnable.
All sizing is done in U.K. letter sizes, we recommend finding out your exact size before requesting this.
In the event of the wrong size being requested, we recommend taking this to your local jeweller to be adjusted, as we cannot be held responsible.
Pricing
All of our prices are set, we offer our best possible prices in our listings. All customers are treated equally, with no secret discounts.
Occasionally, we may run a promotion or sale which will be advertised and available to everyone, with the end dates of these being final - we believe this is the fairest way.
Cancellations
We do not accept any cancellations once an order has been placed. Once an order has been placed, all items are either shipped or sent to our goldsmith immediately therefore we cannot hold any items for reservations. For all returns, please see our Returns policy.
