U.K. Returns

As a small independent business, refunds are a huge cost to us; as well as the refund itself, we have selling fees, re-listing fees, posting fees etc. However, as we are online only we understand the difficulty of viewing items, so have set up a short returns policy.

We use our return policy as a chance for customers to view an item, so we do ask for them back quickly; if the correct time frames are not met for returns, sadly they can not be accepted.

We need to be notified of returns within 3 days of delivery, and the item must be returned within 7 days.

It is up to the customer to make sure they can return the item within the 7 days of delivery. This return service is designed for U.K. customers only, sadly we cannot accept returns from abroad.

We also recommend they are fully insured, as the customer is liable for any loss or damage upon return.

Recommend return services: Royal Mail Special Delivery, or DHL Express.

The customer is responsible for return postage.

Returns will only be accepted in the same condition they were received in.

No personalised items, including rings that have been sized for you can be returned.

No postage fees can be refunded.
