As an independent Vintage Jewellery Dealer, we offer sales only.

We collaborate with our local goldsmith to offer sizing-upon-purchase.

We also use our goldsmith of over 40 years experience to check every single item. Together, we will check the authenticity of the stones and metal, the claws - to make sure stones are being held securely and where necessary, they will be re-tipped.

Please bear in mind that every piece we sell is Vintage (20+ years old) or Antique (100+ years old) and will have some signs of wear & tear. Unfortunately with selling items of this age, sometimes stones can come loose for various reasons at any time.

From July 2022, items over £1,000 will be sold with a complementary valuation certificate - which we recommend adding to your insurance policy in the event of a loss or repair.

If you’re buying an item under £1,000 and wish to have a valuation for insurance drawn up by our goldsmith, there is a fee of £50.

U.K.
We are online only, so do offer a short returns policy within the U.K. We use our return policy as a chance for customers to view an item, so we do ask for them back quickly.

If the correct time frames are not met for returns they will not be accepted.

We need to be notified of returns within three days of delivery, and the item must be returned within seven. It is up to the customer to make sure they can return the item within the 7 days of delivery. We also recommend they are fully insured, as the customer is liable for any loss or damage. Any rings that have been personally sized will be non returnable.

Overseas
Due to costs, and time periods, we do not accept returns from overseas.
