If sizing isn’t required, your item will be shipped within 1-3 working days. Tracking and confirmation will then be sent to you immediately after shipping.

If sizing is required, please allow an additional 1-3 weeks for your item to be shipped.

U.K. Delivery
All postage is complementary within the U.K. All items will be posted gift wrapped, in a new vintage style box; via Special delivery. No signage will be on the outside packaging. If sizing isn’t required this will be posted as soon as possible.

International Delivery
All items will be posted gift wrapped, in a new vintage style box; internationally tracked.

Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply.

It’s up to the buyer to be aware of customs fees and taxes for their own country.

We are pleased to offer a ring sizing service. All rings priced over £1,000 come with complementary resizing.

If you require your ring to be sized no more than 3 sizes, please add the corresponding Ring Sizing service to your Cart (at the bottom of this page) and let us know which size you require in the 'Notes' section on the Cart page.

We can size most rings more than 3/4 sizes, if this is required please Get in Touch, and we’ll confirm, as it may vary depending on the ring.

Please allow 1-2 weeks for sizing; if sizing isn’t required the item will be sent a lot sooner than 1-2 weeks.

Once rings have been personally sized, they will become non returnable.

All of our stones are checked by our jeweller.

Any antique items or older vintage items will have their claws checked, to make sure the stones are being held in securely, and where necessary they will be re-tipped.

From July 2022, items over £1,000 will be sold with a complementary valuation certificate.

If you’re buying an item under £1,000 and wish to have a valuation drawn up by our jeweller, there is a fee of £45.

U.K.
We are online only, so do offer a short returns policy within the U.K. We use our return policy as a chance for customers to view an item, so we do ask for them back quickly.

If the correct time frames are not met for returns they will not be accepted.

We need to be notified of returns within three days of delivery, and the item must be returned within seven. It is up to the customer to make sure they can return the item within the 7 days of delivery. We also recommend they are fully insured, as the customer is liable for any loss or damage. Any rings that have been personally sized will be non returnable.

Overseas
Due to costs, and time periods, we do not accept returns from overseas.
