All items over £1,000 come with FREE resizing.

If your ring is under £1,000 and require your ring to be sized, please add the corresponding Ring Sizing service to your Cart and let us know which size you require in the 'Notes' section on the Cart page.

We are pleased to offer a ring sizing service. All rings priced over £1,000 come with complementary resizing.

Please allow 1-2 weeks for sizing; if sizing isn’t required the item will be sent a lot sooner than 1-2 weeks.

Once rings have been personally sized, they will become non returnable.

You can shop with confidence, knowing that every single item is tested for authenticity by our qualified goldsmith of over 40 years experience.

All of our items will have their claws checked, to make sure the stones are being held in securely, and where necessary they will be re-tipped.

From July 2022, items over £1,000 will be sold with a complementary valuation certificate.

If you’re buying an item under £1,000 and wish to have a valuation drawn up by our goldsmith, there is a fee of £45.

U.K.
We are online only, so do offer a short returns policy within the U.K. We use our return policy as a chance for customers to view an item, so we do ask for them back quickly.

If the correct time frames are not met for returns they will not be accepted.

We need to be notified of returns within three days of delivery, and the item must be returned within seven. It is up to the customer to make sure they can return the item within the 7 days of delivery. We also recommend they are fully insured, as the customer is liable for any loss or damage. Any rings that have been personally sized will be non returnable.

Overseas
Due to costs, and time periods, we do not accept returns from overseas.
